Keep in mind that a personal profile is for non-commercial use and represents an individual person. Learn more about the differences between Pages and profiles.
If you're using your profile to represent something other than yourself, you can convert it to a Page. If you're a public figure, learn about allowing followers.
If you have 2 or more accounts, learn how to move your information into a single account. You can also add another name (ex: maiden name, nickname, former name) to your account.

When I post something, how do I choose who can see it?

You'll find an audience selector tool most places you share status updates, photos and other things you post. Click the tool and select who you want to share something with. The tool remembers the audience you shared with the last time you posted something and uses the same audience when you share again unless you change it. For example, if you choose Only me for a post, your next post will also be Only me unless you change the audience when you post. This one tool appears in multiple places, such as your privacy shortcuts and privacy settings. When you make a change to the audience selector tool in one place, the change updates the tool everywhere it appears.

The audience selector also appears alongside things you've already shared, so it's clear who can see each post. After you've shared a post, you have the option to change who it's shared with. If you want to change the audience of a post after you've shared it, click the audience selector and select a new audience.

Remember, when you post to another person's Timeline, that person controls what audience can view the post. Additionally, anyone who gets tagged in a post may see it, along with their friends.

About suspended accounts

In order to maintain a safe environment for users on SportsUID, we may suspend accounts that violate the SportsUID rules. Common reasons for suspension may include:

Spam:Most of the accounts we suspend are suspended because they are spammy, or just plain fake, and they introduce security risks for SportsUID and all of our users. These types of accounts are against our SportsUID rules. Unfortunately, sometimes a real person’s account gets suspended by mistake, and in those cases we’ll work with the person to make sure the account is unsuspended.

Account security at risk: If we suspect an account has been hacked or compromised, we may suspend it until it can be secured and restored to the account owner in order to reduce potentially malicious activity caused by the compromise.

Abusive posts or behavior: We may suspend an account if it has been reported to us as violating our Rules surrounding abuse. When an account engages in abusive behavior, like sending threats to others or impersonating other accounts, we may suspend it temporarily or, in some cases, permanently.

You may be able to unsuspend your own account.

If you log in and see prompts that ask you to provide your phone number or confirm your email address, follow the instructions to get your account unsuspended.
